Restore Britain Substack

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unofficial Restore Britain Substack publication (“the Publication”). By accessing, reading, subscribing to, or interacting with the Publication, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Publication.

1. Unofficial Status
This Publication is entirely independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Restore Britain, any political party, or any governmental or campaigning body. The use of the name “Restore Britain” reflects the nature of the content reproduced, which consists of publicly available materials.

Refunds and billing matters are handled through Substack and are subject to its terms of service.

This Publication is hosted via Substack. By using it, you also agree to abide by Substack’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or failures of Substack or any third-party platform.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of effect noted. Continued use of the Publication after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
